I read too much into a poem this week.
It appears there was no allusion, innuendo, or double entendre in the poem; at least nothing like I thought.
I have apologised.
Critical Misinterpretation
It’s easy to be critical
And far too analytical
An illusion of allusion
Makes for much confusion
Your words appear so cryptical
