Which of the poems below do you prefer?
I recently drew the attention of WordPress to an issue I was having with the “Blogs I Follow” widget.
I got a quick response from a ‘happiness engineer’ at WordPress.
Great customer service 🙂
Unlike my experiences at an NZ site called Neighbourly where I was eventually kicked out after helping to grow the site for over two years 🙁
The level of service at these two places is as they say as different as chalk and cheese.
The bad and good online “neighbour”
A quite unsocial site called Neighbully
A social slight, sacked me ungratefully
Nowhere are there happiness
Engineers like at WordPress
Where good service is given gracefully
